Dreaming of Spring on a Snowy Winter Day

Waking up today in Northwest Arkansas, I brewed a nice, hot cup of coffee and peeked outside to see what the night had brought to us. In the early dawn light, dim and subdued, I glimpsed through ice crystals on the window pane a thick, white blanket of fresh snow; glittering flakes dancing in the wind. Beautiful, though it is, on this bitterly cold winter morning, I am looking to the future, when the world (and my hands) thaw out and the warmth of spring brings with it new life and vitality. In that spirit, I wanted to show you all some of the fresh new photos Chef Michele and I have shot in the first month of 2022.
