Why yes, yes, we did say fudge!
The heat may be stubbornly clinging onto the last vestiges of summer, but soon, that cool breeze will stir and the sound of lawn mowers will be replaced with the rustle of fallen leaves. Shorts and t-shirts will be pushed to the back of closets in favor of sweaters and jeans and suddenly, we will all start wondering when is too early to begin indulging in pumpkin spice everything.
And in honor of the sweet tooth that comes with the changing season, Chef Michele is cooking up some incredible and decadent fudge, just in time for Halloween!
CHEF MICHELE’S S’MORES CHOCOLATE FUDGE is a decadent, rich, deeply chocolatey fudge for the truest of chocolate lovers. The velvety texture and intricately layered flavors of this chocolate are accented by the bright bursts of sweetness from the mini marshmallows and the toasty flavor of the graham cracker that is lightly dusted on top.
CHEF MICHELE’S PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE is a chewy, buttery delight that is not overwhelmingly sweet on the tongue and features just the right amount of peanut butter to bring all of the nutty, delicious flavors together.
