Wining & Dining Around the World: Supporting the American Heart Association

This past April, Culinary Creative was honored to attend the AHA (American Heart Association) Heart Ball courtesy of Sugar Foods. We were so thrilled to be able to partner with Sugar Foods to offer a special evening of wine and a five course dinner as a live auction item at the AHA Heart Ball here in Northwest Arkansas.

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of serving up this unique evening of food and wine to the lucky winner!

Chef and Wine Specialist, Michele Lambert curated a special group of signature wines from around the world and carefully crafted a tasty menu to accompany the amazing wines. From Austria to Australia, six wine regions were represented at the event. Additionally, Bonduelle, the makers of Ready-Pac Bistro Salads offered their support by providing the salad course which also features Sugar Foods delicious salad toppings. Angie Allen of Bonduelle graciously donated her time to help Chef Michele the evening of the event.

Guests not only enjoyed the delicious food and wines, but Chef Michele shared fascinating information on the wine regions, vineyards, the individual wine profiles and the history of each wine while Brittany Beadia, who is an expert at pouring and serving, passed out glasses of fragrant ruby and gold wines.

We are so grateful to Sugar Foods and the local chapter of the American Heart Association for allowing us to share this wonderful evening. We look forward to supporting this incredible organization in the future with more unique and exciting events.
